Coach Phill Clemons has over 25 years experience working with collegiate programs in the SEC, ACC, Sun Belt, Gulf South Conference, Big South, SIAC and Conference USA as Motivational Speaker, Coach to Coaches, Life Coach to Student Athletes and Culture Development. Coach Clemons established the character and culture development for varsity athletics in Orange Beach and coached Varsity Football. Coach Clemons was part of the Mako coaching that was known as one of the most successful start up football programs in the state reaching the State Playoffs in the second year of competition as well as the following year. Coach Clemons is excited to now be working with our Varsity Boys and Girls Bowling teams as they look forward to a great year of competition. Coach Clemons has been married to Marsha for 39 years and they have 2 sons Jake and Matt.
