Coach Abby Alexander graduated from Gulf Shores High School as a four-year letterman in 2015. She attended Wallace State Community College where she was a member of the Lady Lions championship Golf Team . During her career there, the team earned the State of Alabama Championship Title and ranked top 10 in Nationals in 2019. She then continued her college education and graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, with her bachelors in Business Management. She is employed by the City of Orange Beach at the Par-3 Golf Center. A life-long resident of Orange Beach, Abby grew up with a golf club in her hand thanks to her dad and has enjoyed the game ever since. This will be her third year as the Lady Makos Head Golf Coach at Orange Beach High School and her 5th year coaching. The Lady Makos were able to advance all the way to state in 2023 and are looking to return again this season! Abby married her husband Scout Alexander in January of 2024. Go Makos!
