Each of the Following Documents are Needed for Registration: (These can be brought to the school or emailed to the Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org)
- One Proof of Residency for Orange Beach Address - Acceptable documents are:
a. Current Lease/Mortgage Agreement or Statement
b. Current Utility Bill Statement showing a service provided to the residency the family is living at. (Example: Electric Bill, Water Bill)
- Parent/Guardian Photo Identification (This must be brought to the school.)
- Copy of Student's Birth Certificate
- Immunizations for Student
- Any Divorce/Custody Documents, if applicable
- Previous School Withdrawal Paperwork
- Copy of Transcript or Last Report Card - We must have this before scheduling the student for classes.
